Artoog is the hero of the story and has left his village to help find medicine for a dying relative that was bit by a magical snake. He has a staff that he carries that is supposedly lucky,  it might have some secret magic. 

Mad Max is an evil villain in the story that has a magical hat that can turn people into stone statues! Who can stop Mad Max? I hope our hero can!

This friendly villager is a Flat Character or a character that interacts with other characters in the story but doesn’t have a major role in the story. He’s selling a fish and it might be just what the hero needs to fill up an empty stomach.

The trickster dragon wants to derail the hero from the adventure. What could the mirror do?

A mentor dragon is aged older and has great wisdom and a magical feather to use on the adventure.
